Arkansas Arts Center, Little Rock, Arkansas, Travel Show around Arkansas, May - December 2007: Biker chosen as one of 18 paintings to travel.
Diamond National 2007 Juried Exhibit, Fine Arts Center, Hot Springs, Sep 5 - Oct 2 2007: In the Woods and Lake House juried in; Lake House won First Prize in Watercolor and became part of the Fine Arts Center's permanent collection.
Mid-Southern Watercolorists 2007 Annual Exhibition, Cox Creative Center, 120 Commerce St., Little Rock, AR 72201, March 27 - May 19 2007: 1st prize for Biker.

Workshops and Demos

I presented a watercolor portrait painting demo at the January Mid-Southern Watercolorists meeting on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, and at the Brush Strokes meeting on Friday, February 22, 2008.
I taught a one-day course, Design Principles for Painters, on Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Hot Springs Village under the auspices of the Brush Strokes art club.

Other Activities

I joined Arkansas first lady Ginger Beebe and other area artists on October 3, 2008 at Gallery Central in Hot Springs to autograph copies of the 2009 Artists Engagement Calendar.
My painting Seen Better Days was chosen for inclusion in the 2009 Arkansas Artist Engagement Calendar to be published by the Arkansas Governor's Mansion Association.
At the request of the United Methodist Women, I painted a watercolor of Christ of the Hills United Methodist Church in Hot Springs Village, AR, to decorate the cover of their yearly cookbook.
I donated my painting In The Woods to Brenda Hammock, a new owner of a Habitat for Humanities home in Hot Springs, AR, on March 15, 2008.
An image of my painting Mountain View Arkansas Barn was selected in the Arkansas Governor's Mansion competition for inclusion in the 2008 Arkansas Arts Calendar.
My painting Quapaw Baths graces the cover of the Arkansas Arts Council FY08 Guide to Grants.
I donated a painting to the Hot Springs / Hot Springs Village Symphony Guild which was auctioned at the guild Symphony Soiree fund raiser on June 5, 2007.
